This issue is a selection of papers presented at the 43rd annual meeting of ISoM, the International Seminar on Macroeconomics. ISoM, a project of the National Bureau of Economic Research, brings together American and European economists each June, normally in a European location. This year's meeting was held via ZOOM.us on June 18-19, 2020. The program was organized by Jeffrey Frankel and Hélène Rey. The papers have gone through the usual refereeing process of the Journal of International Economics with Linda Tesar serving as special editor of this issue.
